Helena Gadison

Helena Gadison is a business leader with over two decades of experience in both Corporate America and entrepreneurship. She has worked for prominent companies such as Walmart, holding a senior role as Vice President of Walmart International Apparel Merchandising. Today, she holds a senior sales executive role with Conair LLC, a multi-billion-dollar personal appliance and beauty company headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut.
Ms. Gadison has been a popular facilitator, trainer, and speaker on the campuses of University of Arkansas and John Brown University, and
many several organizations for the past decade covering popular topics like Personal Branding, The Art of Leadership, Networking, Dining Etiquette and Dress Like You Want to Be Addressed.
In January 2022, Ms. Gadison was elected as Chairman of the United Way of NWA, making her the first woman and person of color to hold that board position in the organization’s 91-year history. In March 2021, she was appointed to the Business Advisory Board for the Soderquist College of Business at John Brown University. Ms. Gadison has received business accolades and leadership awards, notably in the Fall 2005 Career Issue of Black Professionals, "Top 100 Blacks in Corporate America".
The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal recognized Ms. Gadison as one of the top women in business in the region. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts, with an emphasis in Communication, and Master of Science in Leadershipfrom John Brown University and attended the University of Arkansas for music.
